I’m a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor (BA Hons), fully insured and a registered member of the BACP. I’m currently working towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision and Management, and now welcoming new supervisees alongside offering personal therapy sessions.

My approach is integrative and relational, with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, reflective practice, and the exploration of unconscious processes and inner child work. I work in a way that is grounded, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion—bringing together psychodynamic theory, Jungian perspectives, person-centred values, and psychoeducation to support deeper understanding and growth.

As a practitioner, I specialise in working with trauma, particularly in the areas of domestic abuse, substance use, adoption, and harmful sexual behaviour in children and young people.
